Financial Literacy and Inclusion

Polaris Bank believes that financial literacy will pave the way for a sustainable economic development.

The principal aim of financial literacy efforts is to provide children & youth, adults/parents, consumers and others with basic and essential financial knowledge to enable them make informed financial decisions that could enhance their lives and subsequently translate into greater national wealth with higher economic growth and development.

To demonstrate our commitment to financial literacy, the Bank has continuously participated in the annual Global Money Week celebration since 2013 which has seen us reach over 40,000 students in over 100 schools across major cities in Nigeria. The Bank through the Sustainability team has delivered financial literacy seminars/classes in several schools (primary and secondary) in clusters every quarter across the nation over a period in addition to contributing various education materials to every school visited.
